The Arkansas Department of Health will be offering flu immunizations to students and school personnel on Mena Middle School & High School campuses Thursday, October 24th.
The forms have been sent home with your child. If you want your child to receive the flu vaccination on our school campus, please be sure to sign both the FERPA form and ADH Flu shot forms and return to the school no later than Friday, September 27th.
This is an excellent opportunity for your child to be immunized against the flu and it is free.
