The Four States Honor Band clinic and concert is a regional event hosted at Texas High School in Texarkana by the Four States Bandmasters Association. Students are nominated by their directors with The Four States Bandmasters Association. Students from the four states area comprise the Honor Band, with the group having two concert bands of approximately 100 students each and one jazz band with standard instrumentation.
