
MHS May 8th, 2019
The final FBLA meeting of the year will be held in Mrs. Torix's room today during Enrichment. We will conduct our new officer installation during this meeting. All members are encouraged to attend, but check in with your Enrichment teacher first, then come to Mrs. Torix's room.
The 2019 Yearbook Distribution Assembly will be this afternoon. There are still 12 yearbooks available for purchase, and they can be bought and reserved by paying $60 cash or check to Mr. Philpot in Room 205 prior to the distributions assembly. Any remaining yearbooks will be sold during the assembly on a first come first serve basis.
If you want a copy of the Lip Sync DVD, you must pay $10 to Ms. Kropp by this Friday, May 10th.
The Scholarship/Completer Assembly will be May 17th at 8:30 (Not May 10th).
Graduation Practice will be after assembly at Bearcat Stadium.
Seniors before Friday you need to make sure all fines and lunch dues are paid, that you have brought back books from on-line classes at RMCC, accept your Arkansas Challenge money, and sign up in the office for your final transcript to be sent.
FFA Officer application deadline is May 9 Thursday. Also, there will be a FFA officer candidate meeting on May 9 Thursday during enrichment. All FFA members who turned in an officer application are required to attend this meeting.
Teachers and students you have to have money in your account to eat. No more negative accounts allowed.
We will have the annual free physicals on Tuesday, May 14. All coaches will hand out the physical forms. Ladycats will be at 5:30 PM in the UBC and Bearcats will follow. This is the only opportunity to provide free physicals.
All cap and gowns that have been ordered and not paid for are in the office. Herf Jones is accepting cash only or you can pay on-line.
Any FFA member who is interested in attending Arkansas FFA leadership conference June 24-27 needs to sign-up this week with Mr. Collins. Cost will be 40.00 per student. Sign-up with Money Deadline is May 9th.
Friday, May 10th is the last day you can purchase a Senior Brick for the Senior Walk. See Mr. Breedlove anytime during the day to purchase a brick. The cost is $20.

If you are a senior interested in delivering the speech at graduation, please come by Ms. Kropp’s room for info. The typed manuscript is due today.
