We are thrilled to announce that Josh Starr from our Transportation Department has earned his Third Party Tester Certificate from the Arkansas State Police for Class B and C Commercial Driver's Licenses! This fantastic achievement means our new bus drivers can now get fully licensed right here in Mena without having to travel to Hope.
