Mena Middle School Keyboarding classes created thank you cards to be displayed at the Veterans Day Luncheon. The cards will be given to our local veterans attending the luncheon today as a little gift of thanks. Throughout this process, the students learned about copyright rules (creative commons license, public domain, etc.). They also learned how to write a friendly letter. Finally, they learned how to create a card using Microsoft Publisher. This was just a small way for the students to say "THANK YOU" to all our veterans! HAPPY VETERANS DAY!!!
