The Jr, Bearcats got in a quality practice on Thursday at Bob Carver Bearcat Stadium. Mena will scrimmage Mansfield on Tuesday, August 16th at BCBS & the season opener is September 1st at Centerpoint.

The Bearcat Band Pool Party has been moved to Thursday, August 11th from 5:30-7:30pm at the McMillan Pool. The band pool party is open to all middle school, high school, and beginner band members. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

Literacy instructors Lynn Ashley, Sheli Chaney, Alicia Faringer, and Amy Martin from Mena Middle School attended New Hampshire Literacy Institute to work on writing and reading engagement with experts in essential literacy practices.
