Announcements for Wednesday, January 6 th
I. Reminder: There is school this Friday and all Fridays in the month of January. If we
continue Flex Friday in the future, you will receive more information later and it will most
likely include incentives based on completed work.
II. HAC access is different. Students were sent an email with information regarding if they
forget a password. We no longer have access to that information.
III. No Quiz bowl practice this week.
IV. Report cards will be mailed out this week. If you have low grades in core classes, you will
receive a letter from Mr. Sherrer with your options.
V. Lost/Found is full; please check if you have misplaced something.
VI. Lunchtime Weather: check w/ Mr. Sherrer, not looking good, most likely inside

from the Holiday season, please be aware of your surroundings:
Keep your mask over your mouth and nose
Do not pull your mask down to talk to someone
Only 3 people allowed at a picnic table – there have been too many people at the tables
Only 2 people allowed on the benches – one on each end

The Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) Student Management Unit announced an upgrade of eSchoolPLUS Student Management software to take place over the Christmas Break. The eSchoolPLUS Student Management system, including TAC and HAC, will be taken offline starting Sunday, December 20 at 6:00 p.m. The system is scheduled to be back online Monday, December 28th barring any unforeseen issues.

I. Here is the information about today’s food distribution during 6 th period:
** You are not required to take these meals if you do not want to.
Just like last Thursday, meals will only be handed out to car riders today.
There will be 3 meals offered today…one for Flex Friday, and two for our two virtual
days next week.
If you ride a bus, you will receive your meals as you are exiting the bus.
II. Today is the deadline for FFA members to sign up for tomorrow’s FFA Christmas party.
